The Freshest Roasted Coffee

Just about everyone I know loves a cup of fresh roasted coffee the morning. Coffee in the morning is a ritual for millions of people and even though coffee comes from a bean, there is a huge selection of blends that can be brewed. Every single blend has it’s own distinct aroma and flavor. However, In my opinion, the best is a cup of freshly roasted coffee. No matter what your favorite type of coffee is, there are few things you need to look for:

1. A full rich flavor.  No matter what type of coffee you decide on, it must have a flavor that is full and rich. The flavor needs to be sealed in. Most coffee “experts” claim that the optimal flavor is reached from a bean that is freshly roasted after 6 to 11 days. If you go too far out of this range your coffee may not have the full rich flavor that it is supposed to have.

2. A wonderful aroma. When you can smell that rich, intense aroma, then you know that your coffee is ready. That wonderful aroma is the sign that you coffee is ready. Once you smell the aroma of fresh coffee, then you know it is going to be a good day.

3. Quality Counts. When it comes to fresh coffee, everyone wants a high quality product that has a consistent taste. If you are a coffee connoisseur, then you probably order your coffee, or go to a specialty shop to purchase it. When it comes to your coffee, you will know immediately if you have a quality product or not.

Fresh Roasted Gourmet Coffee

Have you ever wondered what makes a good fresh roasted gourmet coffee? Coffee is grown all over the world, but is very similar to wine and cheese because the flavor is usually based on the region that it is grown in. No matter where in the world you get your coffee from, the general process is basically the same.

The coffee beans are picked, gathered, dried, and sorted. However, there are a few things that make different coffees unique. Some of them are the elevation it is grown at, the climate it is grown in, the type of environment that is around, and the roasting process that is used to make it. Gourmet coffee is usually highly sought after, but not readily available. Some places even add flavorings to their freshly roasted gourmet coffee. Flavorings like caramel or chocolate will add a unique taste that can make an ordinary cup of coffee really stand out.
